Spray King machines are guaranteed
for 1 year from the date of purchase against any defects in original
parts or workmanship. Engines, compressor, hydraulic parts, tires
and batteries carry the original manufacturer's warranties. Spray
King will, at its option, repair or replace free of charge any part
or parts found upon inspection by the factory to be defective in
material and/or workmanship. This warranty excludes those parts
which are subject to normal operational wear, such as switches,
ball valves, stator tubes, rotors, connecting rods or |
pins, or other parts subject to normal wear. All transportation
charges on warranty claims shall be borne by the purchaser. No claims
will be allowed for damages incurred by use of our products such
as downtime, time lost, employee expenses, loss of materials, loss
of profits, deadline penalties and/or related damages. Spray King
Mfg. Co., Inc. reserves the right to make changes or improvements
upon its products without imposing any
obligation upon itself to install the same changes or improvements
upon its products theretofore manufactured.
